No sound from the speaker
- Verify that the input source component is selected, active, and not muted.
- Verify that all power cables are plugged in at both ends of the Primacy® CS and speakers.
- Verify that the Primacy CS and speakers are turned on.
- Verify that the circuit breaker is enabled for the wall outlets that the power cables are plugged in to.
- Verify that all remaining cables are plugged in correctly.
- Verify that your speaker's turn-on settings have not changed.
- Verify that all Level Trim (dB) dials of your Primacy speakers are not set to the mute (-∞) position.
- Verify that the settings of the Primacy Desktop or Primacy Mobile applications are configured properly.
