No sound from the speaker

  • Verify that the input source component is selected, active, and not muted.
  • Verify that all power cables are plugged in at both ends of the Primacy® CS and speakers.
  • Verify that the Primacy CS and speakers are turned on.
  • Verify that the circuit breaker is enabled for the wall outlets that the power cables are plugged in to.
  • Verify that all remaining cables are plugged in correctly.
  • Verify that your speaker's turn-on settings have not changed.
  • Verify that all Level Trim (dB) dials of your Primacy speakers are not set to the mute (-∞) position.
  • Verify that the settings of the Primacy Desktop or Primacy Mobile applications are configured properly.
