My phone will not connect to the watch

  • Bring the watch within range of your phone.
  • If your watch is already paired, turn Bluetooth® technology off on both your watch and phone, and turn it back on.
  • If your watch is not paired, enable Bluetooth technology on your phone.
  • On your phone, open the Garmin Connect™ app, select Menu symbol or Menu symbol, and select Garmin Devices > Add Device to enter pairing mode.
  • On your watch, hold the touchscreen to view the menu, and select Settings gear > Phone Bluetooth symbol > Pair Phone to enter pairing mode.
