My phone will not connect to the watch

  • Bring the watch within range of your phone.
  • If your watch and phone are already paired, turn Bluetooth® technology off on both devices, and turn it back on.
  • If your watch and phone are not paired, enable Bluetooth technology on your phone.
  • On your phone, open the Garmin Connect™ app, and select Menu symbol > Garmin Devices > Add Device to enter pairing mode.
  • On your watch, press Touch button symbol to view the menu, and select Settings symbol > System settings symbol > Phone > Pair Phone to enter pairing mode.
