Wi‑Fi® connectivity is not available on all models. For models without
Wi‑Fi connectivity, you can connect to the
Garmin Connect™ app or
Garmin Express™ application to access some of these features.

- Workouts and training plans

You can browse for and select workouts and training plans on the Garmin Connect site. The next time your watch has a Wi‑Fi connection, the files are sent to your watch.
