Speaker Wire Gauge Guide

You should use 16 AWG (1.3 through 1.5 mm2) oxygen-free copper (OFC) speaker wire. You can use these tables to determine if you need to use a larger gauge of wire. These tables account for terminal connection resistance.
NOTICE

Do not use copper-clad aluminum (CCA) wire for this installation. CCA wire is more prone to breaking and its use could also result in poor product performance.
