After installing the transducer, you should configure the software for how you plan to use it. The software should default to an automatic orientation setting that identifies the orientation based on the positioning of the transducer when deployed. If you disable automatic orientation or prefer more control over how you view the sonar information from the transducer, you can also configure the viewing mode manually.
