Keeping the Water Sensor Clear
The transducer includes a water sensor that detects when the device is lowered into the water. You must keep this sensor clean and accessible for proper operation.
You must not install any type of protective cover or transducer case on the device that covers the water sensor. Covering the water sensor may cause the transducer to malfunction.
Remove any built-up grime near the
sensor.
