Introducing Your Dog to the Beeper Battery Pack

The beeper battery pack is loud and may startle an inexperienced dog. You should introduce your dog to the device before you use it during a hunt. You can use any of these methods to help your dog adjust to the sounds.

  • Start at the lowest volume setting and slowly increase the volume of the beeper during your first use of the device on the dog.
  • Turn on the device, and place it near your dog's kennel for several hours.

    This allows the dog to hear and adjust to the sounds in a comfortable location.
