Bring your phone or tablet within range of your device.
The phone or tablet is already paired, but is non-functional.

If your phone or tablet is already paired but is not connecting to the device, turn off Bluetooth® technology on your phone and turn it back on.
Your device was recently reset and contains old pairing information.

If you recently reset your device, you must forget or delete the pairing information from both your phone's Bluetooth settings and your Garmin Catalyst™ 2 device.
Scanning the QR code from your phone's camera app did not start the pairing process.
