Ranging a Target
You can use the rangefinder to measure the distance from your current position to a target. For
targets that are too far away for laser-ranging, the rangefinder uses the Sensor
Locate feature, which uses GPS, along with its compass, inclinometer, and onboard
mapping to display an estimated distance.
NOTE: When the Sensor Locate feature is active, the device locks the compass and
accelerometer, and inward-pointing arrows appear to the left and right of the
reticle.
