Data Bar

The Data Bar is the strip of data that is displayed across the top of the AXIS™ flight display. It is able to display many pertinent fields of data for the pilot to have quick reference to. Up to eight fields of data from the following list can be displayed across the top of the screen. The amount of data fields displayed depend upon the amount of space available on the CNS bar. If, for example, only one communication radio and one navigation radio are displayed, the amount of available space in the upper portion of the screen is enough to display eight fields of data. If the Emergency Button (EMER) is then enabled to be displayed, the space at the top of the screen is prioritized to fit the most pertinent information, consequently removing the last data field from the data bar.
