Calibrating the Fuel Flow:

  1. On the MFW:
    1. Touch the Engine icon on the App Bar.

      Or:

    2. Touch the Applications Icon > Primary Tab > Engine.

      Or:

    3. Use the Outer DCK (on the MFW side of the PFD while in split screen mode) to select the Engine application.
  2. With the "Engine" Page selected on the MFW, press the MENU Softkey (on the MFW side of the PFD while in split screen mode) to open the 'EIS Menu' Window.
  3. Touch the Fuel Flow Calibration Button.
  4. The Actual Qty Used Selection Button is used when the known amount of fuel has been calculated.
    1. Touch the Actual Qty Used Selection Button and enter an amount on the numeric keypad that opens.
    2. Touch the Enter Button to accept the actual amount of fuel used.
  5. The Adjustment Selection Button is used when the difference of fuel flow is known.
    1. Touch the Adjustment Selection Button and enter a percentage that represents the difference in fuel flow (between -10.0 and +10.0 percent).
    2. Touch the Enter Button to accept the percentage of fuel flow difference.

When entering a fuel flow adjustment percentage the Fuel Used Datafield Button will adjust accordingly to the updated fuel flow.
