Radial Menu
The Radial Menu provides quick and easy access to review and interact with map items that lie within the inner radius. The Radial Menu also provides a ready means of selecting a direct-to waypoint, creating user waypoints, and inserting a selected point into the flight plan. The Radial Menu can also be used to activate Graphical Edit Mode, which is discussed later in the Flight Planning portion of this Flight Management Section.
The following discussion will provide an overview of the Radial Menu. For supplemental information on this topic refer to the Radial Menu discussion in the System Overview Section. Map items, viewing waypoint information and finding nearest waypoints, using direct-to navigation, viewing the VSD, and flight plan operations are all discussed in more detail later in this section.
