Viewing the Scuba Diving Glance

You can use the scuba diving glance to monitor your body's recovery after a dive. After a dive, you may need to wait several hours before it is safe to fly on an airplane.

  1. From the watch face, press Lower-left button to view the scuba diving glance.
  2. Press Upper-right button to view your surface interval (SI) time, no-fly time remaining, and the time of day the no-fly period ends.
  3. Press Lower-left button to view your tissue load details, current oxygen toxicity units (OTU), and central nervous system (CNS) percentage.
NOTE: The OTU accumulated during a dive expire after 24 hours. For more information about the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA®) OTU guidelines and calculations, see garmin.com/dive/cns-otu.
