Following a Saved Course on Your Watch After you save or send a course to your watch, you can follow the course during an outdoor activity. From the watch face, press . Select Activities. Select a GPS activity. Scroll down, and select Navigate > Saved. Select a saved course. Select More to view the course details and settings (optional) (Using the Saved App). Select Do Course.
