Pairing a Dog Collar Device with the Handheld Device

You can pair two dog collar devices with a single handheld device. Both dog collar devices must be paired with the handheld device before they can be used.

NOTE: If your handheld device and dog collar device were included in the same package, the devices are paired from the factory.
  1. Turn on the dog collar device.
  2. On the handheld device, slide the dog collar device selection switch up or down.

    The dog collar device will be associated with the selected position of the switch.

  3. On the dog collar device, hold the power button.

    You must continue to hold the power button during the pairing process.

    The status LED turns green and the device beeps. After five seconds, the device beeps again.

  4. After the second beep, press a training button on the handheld device.

The dog collar device turns off and beeps to indicate that the devices paired successfully.

TIP: If the devices did not pair successfully, you should verify the batteries in both devices are fully charged.
