You must install the skeg to help protect the propeller from damage if the propeller drive motor collides with an underwater obstacle.

Place the skeg over the fin on the bottom of the propeller drive motor, starting from the front.
Using a 3 mm hex key (included), install the screw and washer to secure the skeg.
