The Spy Pole™ mount turns on automatically after power is supplied, but you can also turn the
device on and off manually. By default, the device will power off automatically after being
stowed for 2 hours with no operation. You can enable or disable the automatic power-on and
power-off features from a connected Garmin® chartplotter.
Ensure the power cable is connected to
the Spy Pole™ mount and to the power supply, and the locking ring is fully tightened.
The red LED turns on and then, after several seconds, turns green to indicate
that the Spy Pole™ mount is on and ready.
Press on
the Spy Pole™ mount until the LED turns off.
The Spy Pole™ mount is off.
To turn the Spy Pole™ mount on again, press and hold
until the LED turns back on.
