Sending a Check-In Message
Check-in messages are messages with predefined text and recipients. You can use the Garmin Messenger™ app to customize recipients.
- From the home page, press OK to open the home page actions.
- Select Check-In.

to scroll through the check-in messages.
- Press OK to select a message.
- Press OK to send the message.
