Customizing an Interval Workout

NOTE: This feature is not available for all activities.
  1. From the watch face, press Upper-right button.
  2. Select Activities, and select a run or bike activity.
  3. Press Lower-left button.
  4. Select Training > Targets & Intervals > Intervals > Structured Repeats.

    A workout appears.

  5. Press Lower-left button.
  6. Select More > Edit Workout.
  7. Select one or more options:
    • To set the interval duration and type, select Interval.

    • To set the rest duration and type, select Rest.

    • To set the number of repetitions, select Repeat.

    • To add an open-ended warm up to your workout, select Warm Up > On.

  8. Press Lower-right button.
