Using a Garmin Watch with a Garmin Chartplotter for Voice Control
After you pair a compatible Garmin® watch with the chartplotter for voice control, you can speak a command to the watch. The chartplotter hears your voice commands, and speaks a reply through the wearable device, when applicable.
NOTE:
If you do not hear spoken replies through your wearable device, make sure the volume on the wearable device is set high enough for the environment.

On the wearable device, press
, and select the
Boat Command app.
TIP: If you have not changed the default Hold START function on your wearable device, you can hold to open the
Boat Command app.
The app opens on the wearable device, and a line appears just above the menu bar on the chartplotter.
The wearable device beeps when it is ready for you to speak a command.
