Hailer
If the radio is connected to a hailer loudspeaker, you can address the crew and nearby vessels using the fist mic.

NOTE:
You must use a head unit to speak through the hailer loudspeaker. You cannot use the hailer
from a remote station.
Using the Hailer

Select
> Hailer.
The fist mic or external speaker begins playing sound picked up by the loudspeaker.NOTE: While in hailer mode, the radio does not play VHF traffic.
