Correcting Bluetooth Audio and Video Synchronization Issues

If you connected a Bluetooth® device to the stereo and are watching a video on the device, you may encounter a delay in the audio that does not match the video. This is most likely due to a networking setting, and can be corrected. By default, the Bluetooth source is configured to be available as a streaming source across the network, which may introduce audio synchronization issues when viewing video on the source device (Grouped Stereo Source Considerations).

  1. From any source, select Menu symbol > SETTINGS > SOURCE > BLUETOOTH.
  2. Select GROUP ENABLED to clear the checkbox.

The BLUETOOTH source is no longer an option for network streaming, which should reduce or eliminate the audio delay.
