Anti-Fouling Paint
To prevent corrosion and to slow the growth of organisms that can affect a vessel's performance and durability, you should reapply anti-fouling paint to the transducer and to the hull of your vessel every six months or at the beginning of each boating season.
Never apply ketone-based anti-fouling paint to the transducer or to your vessel. Ketones attack many types of plastic and could damage or destroy your transducer.
