Position Fixing
The system can calculate position using GPS sensors. The system shall indicate how the current position fix is being determined and displays the current Lat/Lon position.
If GPS position fixing are unavailable, the ‘UNABLE RNP’ annunciation will be show on the PFW.
Some system functions require GPS position fixing to operate. If the system is no longer using GPS to find the aircraft position, annunciations may appear, indicating what functionality has been affected.
