Active transponder selection, transponder mode selection, code entry, and IDENT activation are controlled using the transponder control window, accessed by touching the transponder datafield button. When in standby, the transponder IDENT function will become inoperative. While in the ON or ALT state the transponder code will appear white while on the ground and green when in the air.
