The system can use the internal Wi-Fi to export files to a Personal Electronic Device (PED) running the Garmin Pilot app (or approved partner app) when on ground or in flight. When streaming is enabled, the internal Wi-Fi can also stream flight log entries to the Garmin Pilot app. The AXIS™ flight display exports files to the PED and then the files are delivered in .CSV format once the PED establishes an internet connection with the flyGarmin server.
