Flight Plan Data
Flight plan waypoints and leg data can be reviewed in the flight plan, on most map displays, and on the VSD. The flight plan shall contain the sequential list of flight plan waypoints (and any necessary leg identifiers) consisting of five columns. The first column shall contain a Waypoint Selection Button (or a Leg Type Button), and the other four data columns can be chosen using the MENU Softkey. The first column is frozen and the remaining columns may be scrolled left or right. The sequence of the flight plan may be reviewed by scrolling up or down.
In addition to the waypoint (or leg type) identifier, each Waypoint Selection Button (or Leg Type Button) displays an icon for distinguishing waypoint and leg types. Furthermore, there may be additional information above (supertext) and below (subtext) the waypoint name on the Waypoint Selection Button to further emphasize characteristics of the waypoint or leg.
The following tables display possible waypoint icons, waypoint supertext, and waypoint subtext elements that may be displayed on the Waypoint Selection Button:

Header rows for the origin or departure procedure, airways, arrival procedure, destination or approach procedure, and alternate arrival/approach procedure will be included as these elements are added to the flight plan. A discontinuity row may also be listed in the flight plan. Procedures and discontinuities in the flight plan are discussed later in this Flight Management Section.
