Over-riding Automatic Squelch:

  1. Touch any COM Standby Button.
  2. Touch the Squelch Button to disable automatic squelch (when the green annunciator is on the auto-squelch has been over-ridden).

    Or:

    1. Touch the Menu Button

      Or:

      Touch the MENU Softkey (on the side of the bezel with the 'COM Standby' numeric keypad open).

    2. Touch the Squelch Button to disable automatic squelch (when the green annunciator is on the auto-squelch has been over-ridden).
