Deleting An Altitude Constraint:

Altitude constraints can be modified or deleted after having been added to the flight plan. If an altitude constraint is deleted and the navigation database contains an altitude restriction for the lateral waypoint, the system will display that altitude restriction in white text. The system also provides a way to revert a published altitude constraint that has been modified.

  1. Navigate to the Flight Plan application on the MFW.
  2. The "ALT" column displays altitude constraints that are published altitudes from the navigation database. Touch the desired ALT button to delete the constraint.
  3. Touch the Delete Constraint Button. A "Delete Altitude Constraint?" window will appear, prompting the pilot to verify the deletion of the constraint.
  4. Touch the OK Button to confirm.

    Or:

Touch the Cancel Button to return to the previous window.
