The "Startup Mode" of the display may be configured by the pilot to display a desired layout of the screen after system initialization when power has been applied to the display. By default in single PFD installations, the "Startup Mode" is set to split and the MFW is configured to show the 'Map' Application Page. The "Startup Mode" can be set to Split or Full and any MFW page may be set by the pilot to be the default startup application page after system initialization.
