VSD Messages
Under certain conditions, some messages may appear in conjunction with others:

‘Loading…’ |
VSD is loading data due to a range change, full/ half switch, or first being selected for display. |
|
‘Flight Plan Not Available’ |
Flight Plan mode is selected and there is not a flight plan loaded with at least one leg. |

‘Ownship Position Unknown’ |
Flight Plan mode is selected and the ownship's position is unknown or cannot be accurately placed on the VSD |
|
'GPS Altitude Fail' |
Track mode is selected and GPS altitude has been lost. |
|
‘VSD Not Available’ |
At least one of the following is true:
