Adding Contacts

You can add contacts to receive notifications from your OnDeck™ system.

  1. From the ActiveCaptain® app, select Settings > Alarm Notification Settings.
  2. Under the text message or email heading, select Add Additional Recipients.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to add the contact.
  4. If necessary, add additional contacts.
