Alarm Notification Details
The OnDeck™ alarm notifications feature is supplemental and should not be relied upon as a primary method to monitor your vessel. The functionality, reliability, and timeliness of the alarm notifications depend on a number of factors that are beyond Garmin®'s control, including but not limited to cellular connectivity/reception and device power.

If an alarm is triggered multiple times during the 24-hour or 6-hour period, multiple alarm notifications will not be sent. This is helpful to avoid overwhelming you with multiple messages of the same alarm. For example, if you are opening and closing the vessel door to move in your gear and you do not disarm the security alarm, the system will send you only one message for the triggered security alarm.
