Before you can start your first LiveTrack session, you must set up contacts in the Garmin Connect™ app (Adding Contacts).

Select Auto Start to start a LiveTrack session each time you start this type of activity.

Select Course Sharing to enable your recipients to view your course.

Select Start LiveTrack to start a LiveTrack session.

From the home screen, select
, and go for a ride.
Recipients can view your live data on a Garmin Connect tracking page.
