Setting Eat and Drink Alerts
You can set an alert to eat or drink at timed intervals.

- Select .
- Select Eat or Drink.
- Turn on the alert.
- Select Alert at, and enter a value.
Each time you reach the estimated alert value, a message appears. The device also beeps if audible tones are turned on (Turning the Device Tones On and Off).
