My device is locked in setup mode
If the scale locks up and appears on the display, you may need to reset the scale and restart the setup process.
- Remove the scale from the Garmin Connect™ app.
- Remove the scale from the Bluetooth® settings on your phone.
- Reset the scale to its factory default settings (Resetting the Device).
- Set up the scale again (Setting Up Your Device).
