Controls Menu
The controls menu lets you quickly access watch features and options. You can add, reorder, and remove the options in the controls menu (Customizing the Controls Menu).
From the watch face, swipe right.

Do Not Disturb |
Enables or disables do not disturb mode to dim the screen and disable alerts and notifications. For example, you can use this mode while watching a movie (Using Do Not Disturb Mode). |

Find My Phone |
Plays an audible alert on your paired phone, if it is within Bluetooth range. The Bluetooth signal strength appears on the vívosmart 5 watch screen, and it increases as you move closer to your phone. |

Music |
Controls music playback on your phone. |

Notification |
Displays notifications from your phone. |

Phone |
Enables or disables Bluetooth technology and your connection to your paired phone. |

Pulse Ox |
Displays pulse oximeter data (Getting Pulse Oximeter Readings). |

|
Stopwatch |
Starts the stopwatch (Using the Stopwatch). |

|
Sync |
Syncs your watch with your paired phone. |

Timer |
Sets a countdown timer (Starting the Countdown Timer). |
