Setting an Abnormal Heart Rate Alert

You can set the device to alert you when your heart rate exceeds a certain number of beats per minute (bpm) after a period of inactivity.

1. Hold the touchscreen to view the menu.
2. Select > > .
3. Select High Alert.
4. Select .
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to set the heart rate threshold value.
6. Tap the touchscreen to confirm the value.

Each time you exceed the threshold value, a message appears and the device vibrates.
