My device is not recording measurements

Verify that you have completed the setup process and the device is connected using Wi-Fi technology (Setting Up Your Device).
Verify that the batteries are installed correctly.
Replace or charge low batteries.
Remove socks before stepping on the scale.
If you wear socks, appears and the scale records only weight and BMI.
