Using the Stopwatch

Select to open the apps list.
Select Stopwatch.
Press MENU, and select Enable Activ. Sync to start and stop an activity when you start and stop the timer (optional).
Select Start to start the timer.
Select Lap to restart the lap timer.

The total stopwatch time continues running.

Select Stop to stop both timers.
Select Reset to reset both timers.
