Setting a Countdown Start

You can customize your pool swim activity to begin with a three- second countdown.

From the watch face, select START > Pool Swim > Options > Countdown Start > On.

TIP: For more accurate interval timing with the countdown start, use the LAP key for rest intervals instead of the auto rest feature.
