Compass Options

From the compass page, press ENTER.

CALIBRATE COMPASS: Calibrates the electronic compass ().

CHANGE FIELDS: Allows you to customize the data fields on the compass page ().

Calibrating the Compass

The navigator has a 3-axis electronic compass. You should calibrate the compass after moving long distances, experiencing temperature changes, or changing the batteries.

  1. From the compass page, press ENTER.
  2. Select CALIBRATE COMPASS > START.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
