Changing the Bands
The watch is compatible with standard quick-release bands. Forerunner 570 - 42mm has 20 mm wide bands, and Forerunner 570 - 47mm has 22 mm wide bands.
- Slide the quick-release pin on the spring bar to remove the band.
- Insert one side of the spring bar for the new band into the watch.
- Slide the quick-release pin, and align the spring bar with the opposite side of the watch.
- Repeat steps 1 through 3 to change the other band.
