Charging the eTrex Solar Navigator

NOTICE

To prevent corrosion, thoroughly dry the USB port, the weather cap, and the surrounding area before charging or connecting to a computer.

NOTE: The device will not charge when outside the approved temperature range ().

1. Pull up the weather cap from the USB port .

1. Plug the cable into the charging port on the device.
2. Plug the other end of the cable into a USB charging port.

When you connect the device to a power source, the device turns on.

1. Charge the device completely.

After you charge the device, close the weather cap.
