Pairing the Transceiver with a Descent Watch
Before you use the transceiver for the first time, you must pair it with the a compatible Descent watch using ANT® technology.
- Wake the transceiver from low power mode (Waking the Transceiver from Low Power Mode).
- On your Descent watch, hold MENU, and select Dive Setup > Dive Network & Air Integration > Transmitters > Add New.
The watch starts searching and displays a list of nearby transceivers.
- From the list of transceivers, select the transceiver ID you want to pair.
The transceiver ID is printed on the housing.
When the pairing process is complete, the transceiver begins sending data, and it is ready to use on a dive. The next time the transceiver and watch are turned on and within wireless range, they connect automatically when you start a dive.
If you are diving with a group, you can pair up to 8 Descent transceivers with the watch.
