Auto-Detected Activities

Your device uses recorded motion and exertion data, along with historical data from your account, to automatically identify your activities. This may include GPS location data from your connected phone. When an activity is detected and recorded, it is automatically uploaded to your Garmin Connect account, where you can edit or discard it.
