Recording an Activity from Garmin Connect

You can start and stop an activity from the Garmin Connect app. You can also start and stop one activity from the CIRQA smart band (Adding or Removing a Favorite Activity).

1. From the Garmin Connect app, select > Record Activity.
2. Select an activity.
3. Select Start Recording.

Your CIRQA smart band vibrates and the LED flashes (green).

4. Select Lap to mark a lap (optional).
5. Select Stop.
6. Select an option:
   • To discard the activity, select Discard.
   • To resume the activity, select Resume.
   • To save the activity, select Save.
