Editing Preset Messages
You can edit preset messages for users on the account.
- From the Groups & Users tab, select a user by clicking on a user name.
- From the Messages tab, click Edit next to the message you want to change.
- Enter a message.

Add recipients for the message.
Multiple recipients can be separated by semicolons.
TIP: When you start typing a phone number or email address that has been added to your contacts, you can add the contact as a preset message recipient. - Click Done.

Sync your devices.
The message text and recipients appear on the device screen.
