Why is my team not updating?

If your team is not updating, you can try these tips.

  • Confirm users are selected to receive team tracking messages in the group settings.
  • Make sure all devices have a clear view of the sky to obtain satellite signals.
  • Enable tracking for all devices.
  • Check your rest interval.

    If you are using a rest interval that is slower than the moving interval, it can prevent messages from being sent.

  • Check the Bluetooth® connection.
  • Restart the device, and pair it again with the mobile device.
